- How long does shipping take?
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of the order date. You will be able to track the package as soon as it's been shipped for delivery.
- Does Unique Threads ship internationally?
We accept orders worldwide. All orders are shipped to customer via express air with leading freight companies (i.e. UPS, DHL, USPS). Duty charges may apply depending on the delivery address.
- What is the return policy?
Refunds are only permitted for damages or defects in the order. All refund requests must be received within 14 days. Clothing must be in new condition and not show any signs of wear. Refunds will processed within 7 days.
- What payment methods are accepted?
Unique Threads accepts all major credit cards generally accepted in the US (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Customers are responsible for all transaction fees charged by the Credit Card Processor.
- Can I change my body measurements after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately no, once you have provided your measurements you will not be able to change the order. However, additional fabric will be left in your clothing for minor alterations.
- How do I place a group wedding order?
Please send an email to email@example.com with all the details. We will work with you to process the group order. All group orders of 4 or more will automatically receive a group discount.
- How can I get in contact with customer service?

- How do I ensure the measurements are accurate?
You have several options, you can visit your local tailor or dry cleaner that specializes in alterations. Alternatively you can follow our instructional videos. You can't go wrong with the help of a friend and a tape measure, you can get your exact measurements in just 15 minutes. Our tailors will also review all measurements submitted, if something doesn’t look right, we’ll email you and let you know
